We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. This free shipping offer:
  • Applies to standard shipping only within Canada

Shipping Carriers

Order Tracking

Tracking Information

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • You can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account on our website.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
  1. Check with neighbors or others at your address who may have accepted the package
  2. Look for a delivery notice indicating where the package was left
  3. Contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided
  4. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the indicated delivery date

Shipping Restrictions

  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Freight forwarders without prior approval

Customs Documentation

Delivery Issues

Address Accuracy

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
  • Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.

Delivery Attempts

  • Most packages do not require a signature unless specifically requested or required by the shipping method.
  • If a signature is required and no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
  • After multiple failed delivery attempts, packages may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

  • All orders are shipped with basic insurance covering loss or damage during transit up to $100.
  • Additional insurance can be purchased during checkout for orders exceeding $100 in value.
  • Claims for damaged or lost items must be filed within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages).

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup at our warehouse location for customers in the [City/Region] area:
  • Local pickup is available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when picking up your order.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

  • We currently do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses in a single order.
  • If you need items shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders.
